Banana and dulce de leche (in a mason jar)

This quick and easy dessert only needs 2 minutes to be prepared. Convenient and versatile, it is a great idea for picnics, relaxed gatherings or those arvo pick me ups in the office.

For each mason jar, you will need:

  • 1 or 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (you can also add a bit of cinnamon)
  • 1 or 2 tbsp dulce de de leche (milk caramel)
  • 3 tbsp granola or almond slices

Exactly. All you need to do is combine the banana with lemon juice and cinammon, put the mixture into a mason jar, add a dollop of dulce de leche, top with granola or almond slices, put the lid on and you are ready to go.

Enjoy! ;-)
