Alfajor
Alfajor (pronounce "alfa-HOAR") has a long-standing history in Latin America dating back to the 19th century. Alfajores are made with two soft and crumbly biscuits sandwiched around a delicious dollop of La Feliz caramel filling (dulce de leche).
